Welcome to November 1st, 2011!  As caterers, there is a love/hate relationship for this upcoming season!  As professionals, we never shy away from hard work and bookings.  You take what flies through the door.  And in most cases, it’s a tornado.  When glancing at the 12th month calendar, a feeling of panic and excitement comes over us, and there is a look we give each other that says… “Will we make it through?!”  The answer, of course, is always YES!  We look forward to the board filling up and the knowledge that we will be a part of all of the fantastic celebrations.  We welcome back all of our regulars and look forward to the new relationships we will form through this season.  Open the doors and let the winds come in and let us take care of you on that special night.   The Seasonal Menu is posted and ready for everyone to take a look at.  There are many ideas and options that will hopefully take away some of the stress of the season and let you enjoy your family and friends.  That’s what we do and we are very proud of it!  I look forward to hearing from you and helping you create a wonderful and memorable event.
