Buffets based on a minimum of 20 guests.

Create your own personal buffet:
Choice of 2 salads, 2 side dishes, 2 entrees, and 2 dessert selections.
Buffet includes assorted artisan bread and coffee and tea service.

Salads

  • Arugula and Romaine Salad with Walnuts and Blue Cheese
  • Mixed Baby Greens with a Julienne of Vegetables
  • Spinach Greens tossed with Pine nuts, Pancetta and Macedonian Feta Cheese
  • Endive and Radicchio Salad with Shaved Parmesan and Roasted Roma Tomatoes
  • Savoy Cabbage Finely Shredded and Tossed with Pears
  • Toasted Pecans and Golden Raisins

Vinaigrettes for Your Salad

  • Pomegranate and Orange Vinaigrette
  • White Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Orange and Cranberry Vinaigrette
  • Honey Dijon Vinaigrette

Hot Side Dishes

  • Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage with Fennel and Cranberries
  • Sausage and Apple Ciabatta Stuffing
  • Wild Mushroom Ciabatta Stuffing
  • Leek and Potato Gratin
  • Butternut Squash and Pear Gratin
  • Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
  • Roasted New Potatoes Infused with Rosemary and Lemon Zest
  • Steamed Seasonal Vegetables tossed in Olive Oil and Flat Leaf Parsley
